FOUNDER
Wellness is a personal journey for all of us. This is the guiding principle upon which Alexandra (Alex) Marshall bases her deep desire to educate and help others become fit.
As an active duty Air Force member and a Georgia Air National Guard physical training leader (PTL), Alex gained an appreciation of physical fitness as part of an everyday lifestyle. Since 2012, Alex has coached women on the importance and benefits of making time for fitness even with hectic schedules, assisted mothers in achieving fitness and aesthetic goals in postpartum, and educated clients on how to make healthier food choices to support their long-term goals while maintaining a well-balanced lifestyle. Alex has a major in Comparative Women’s Studies with a concentration in Women’s Health from Spelman College and completed her Master of Science in Health Education in 2021.
A resident of metro Atlanta, Alex enjoys movies of all genres and making great meals with her husband and five-year old son.

Here at Comprehensive Family Wellness LLC (CFW) we are no strangers to the struggles of balancing weight management and a healthy lifestyle with daily responsibilities and busy schedules. We believe that no matter the obstacle or the challenge, there's a healthy lifestyle for every body. Our personalized training program offers health behavior change programs for all ages and ability levels.
Our mission is to combine the mental and physical aspects of wellness to optimize your wellbeing. Conquering destructive behaviors and taming the thoughts that sabotage your success is challenging. With our behavior-based wellness program, you learn to change your thought processes and reprogram your self talk to achieve your goals.
